The Federal Agency for State Property Management has become the owner of 40% of LLC "Kiyzassky Section". Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the information system HONEST BUSINESS.
The share owned by the Cyprus offshore company Hillestrato Investments Limited, associated with Mikhail Abyzov, was nationalized. The remaining shares — 49.97% belong to Allocia Investments Limited (Cyprus), 9.999% belong to PGK LLC (Pechora Mining Company) and 0.003% to LMW Shipping Services Limited (Cyprus).
Until May 2024, Sibantratsit Razvitie LLC was the ultimate controlling company for the companies Allocia Investments Limited and Pechersk Mining Company LLC. At the end of May 2024, the Pechersk Mining Company came under the control of Stroymediagroup LLC, the beneficiary of which is Alexey Pestryaev.
"Kiyzassky Section" It produces coal in Kuzbass at the Uregolsky and Uregolsky sites.
The company's balance reserves as of January 1, 2024 amount to 97.6 million tons. Before that, the company ended 2023 with a net profit of 16.7 billion rubles. Revenue amounted to 65.3 billion rubles, of which 64.9 billion was received from exports.
