An agreement was reached to include three new projects in the portfolio of the Intergovernmental Russian-Chinese Commission on Investment Cooperation. This is reported by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers with reference to the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Vladimir Ilyichev.
We are talking about the creation of a border transport and logistics zone near the Zabaikalsk railway station, the construction of a Russian-Chinese enterprise for the production of electric vehicles in the Irkutsk region, as well as the creation of an industrial park of the circular economy on Sakhalin.
"This year we updated the memorandum between the Ministry of Economic Development and the State Committee of the People's Republic of China on further strengthening investment cooperation from 2018 and signed its new edition. We have fixed a number of new directions in the document, including new energy, high technologies, infrastructure development," V. Ilyichev stressed.
