Artur Sautiev is no longer the founder of WB Vladikavkaz LLC. He owned 10%. The share was transferred to RVB LLC, which previously owned 90%. Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the information system for HONEST BUSINESS.
Recall that Wildberries&Russ founded WB Vladikavkaz. Ilya Kim was appointed CEO of WB Vladikavkaz. It was also reported that WB Vladikavkaz will be engaged in warehousing and storage activities, and cargo transportation.
Wildberries&Russ (RVB LLC) was formed as a result of the merger of the IT company Wildberries and the outdoor advertising operator Russ in order to jointly create the latest digital trading platform and provide seamless tools for the development of small and medium-sized businesses. Currently, the combined company operates in Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, as well as in China — goods are imported from this country.
