ACRA affirms credit rating of Russian Aquaculture

On August 13, 2020, Russia's Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) affirmed the credit rating of PJSC Russian Aquaculture at 'BBB+'(RU), with a stable outlook, the rating agency informed.

The credit rating of PJSC «Russian Aquaculture» (hereinafter, Russian Aquaculture, the Company, or the Group) is based on the medium assessment of the operating risk profile, low leverage, very high profitability, and high liquidity. The rating is limited by the weak cash flow and small size of the Company, ACRA notes.

Russian Aquaculture is a group of companies that includes enterprises specializing in the farming of Atlantic salmon, as well as sea and lake trout. The main owner of the Company is Maxim Vorobyov, with a share of 48.44%.
