ALROSA will pay dividends for the first half of the year for 27.77 billion rubles

Shareholders of ALROSA We decided to pay dividends for the first half of 2023 in the amount of RUB 27.77 billion at the rate of RUB 3.77 per share. This is stated in the company's message.

The amount that ALROSA will allocate for the payment of dividends exceeds the amount of free cash flow for the first half of the year and is equivalent to 50% of profit under IFRS.

The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be determined as of October 18, 2023.

In March 2021, the Supervisory Board of ALROSA approved changes to the dividend policy, clarifying the methodology for determining the amount of dividend payments. In accordance with the consolidated financial statements under IFRS, ALROSA's profit for the first half of 2023 (according to IFRS) was received in the amount of 55.57 billion rubles.

ALROSA (TIN 1433000147) is the largest diamond mining company. The main mining assets are located in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Arkhangelsk region. By the end of 2022, the volume of production amounted to 35.5 million carats of diamonds (+10%).

The shareholders are: on behalf of the Russian Federation — the Federal Agency for State Property Management — 33.0256%, on behalf of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) — the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) — 25.0002%, other legal entities and individuals (free circulation) — 33.9739%, district administrations (uluses) The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), on the territory of which the joint—stock company operates - 8.0003%.
