In April 2026, VTB Bank (PJSC) converted its preferred shares in the amount of 21.4 trillion shares with a par value of 0.01 rubles each, acquired with funds from the National Welfare Fund in 2014, into additional ordinary shares of VTB Bank in the amount of 2.589 billion shares with a par value of 50 rubles each.
