Bank Saint Petersburg has announced the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting which took place by means of absentee voting (as recommended by the Bank of Russia) on November 30, 2020. The bank's shareholders decided on the dividend payment procedure, the bank informed.
The dividend payout will be 20% in relation to the bank's 2019 IFRS net profit): 3.33 rubles per ordinary share, 0.11 rubles per preferred share.
The payment will be made out of retained earnings. The total amount earmarked for the payment of dividends to the bank's shareholders will reach RUB 1.6 billion.
December 11, 2020 is set as the dividend record date.
