Bank "Saint Petersburg" has sold the management company "BSPB Capital". Its new owner was Alexandrovsky Bank, which will continue to develop this business under the A-Capital brand. The Kommersant newspaper writes about this.
The parties did not disclose the amount and terms of the transaction, experts found it difficult to assess it. All obligations of the company to customers within the framework of the concluded contracts will be preserved.
BSPB Capital provided services of trust management, investment consulting, formation of closed-end mutual funds.
The sale of BSPB Capital began in 2022.
