Banks still "do not see" the collateral object in a house under construction, even if the house is being built by an experienced developer and in an organized cottage settlement. This was announced at the XXI All-Russian Conference "Mortgage Lending in Russia" by Anastasia Bychkova, director of the Department of mortgage lending of suburban real estate of FGC Family.
According to the survey of VTsIOM and JSC "DOM.For 2022, approximately 68% of Russian families consider a private house to be an ideal housing format for themselves, approximately 79% of families living in an apartment and wishing to move into a house are ready to consider building a house according to a standard project if there is a catalog of proven projects.
The XXI All-Russian Conference "Mortgage Lending in Russia" is taking place in Moscow today, March 28, 2023.
The conference is attended by representatives of relevant government organizations, major Russian banks, mortgage agencies, development and construction companies, IT developers, insurance and valuation companies.
