The net profit of PJSC KIFA for 9 months of 2025 according to RAS amounted to 7.4 million rubles and decreased by 14.8 million rubles from 22.2 million rubles a year earlier. This is stated in the company's message.

Profit before tax decreased 3 times and amounted to 9.9 million rubles.

The trade turnover (GMV) amounted to 8.1 million rubles and increased by 20.5%.

Revenue increased by 20.7% to RUB 6.9 million. The main share is accounted for by the Footwear and Clothing product groups, their share in revenue is 83%. The share of cross-border shipments in total revenue was 84.5%.

Gross profit increased by 188.7 million rubles, the trade margin remains at the level of 15%. The profit from sales decreased to 83.2 million rubles from 120.2 million rubles. EBITDA increased 1.6 times and amounted to 78.6 million rubles. The cost of IT support and website improvements increased 3.8 times.

The total number of registered wholesale buyers on the platform in the period from September 30, 2024 to September 30, 2025 increased by 1,952 thousand (+3.7%) and reached 44,587 thousand customers. The total number of registered manufacturers and brand owners on the platform increased by 1,114 thousand (+29%) and reached 4,961 thousand.

KIFA is a B2B digital trading platform for making transactions between suppliers and buyers from Russia and China, founded by Chinese entrepreneur Sun Tianshu.

The main shareholder of PJSC "KIFA" is LLC "Scientific and Technical Development of KIFA XILU (Beijing)" (China). The beneficial owner of the company is Sun Tianshu.

The profit attributable to CIFA shareholders under IFRS for 2024 fell almost 6 times to 9.16 million rubles from 53.2 million rubles a year earlier.

The net profit of PJSC KIFA according to RAS for 2024 amounted to 17.2 million rubles against 68.8 million rubles in 2023. Revenue increased by 31.6% year-on-year and reached 7.5 billion rubles.

CIF's RAS net profit for the first quarter of 2025 increased 12-fold to RUB 48.5 million from RUB 3.89 million a year earlier. Revenue increased by 57.8% to RUB 1.98 billion from RUB 1.25 billion.
