In Russia, consumer prices for the week, from August 9 to August 15, decreased by 0.1%, from the beginning of August – by 0.2%. Since the beginning of the year, inflation has been 10.7%. This is evidenced by the data of Rosstat.
From August 9 to August 15, prices decreased: for millet - by 1.1%, buckwheat groats - by 0.7%, rice and salt - by 0.5%, canned fruit and berry for baby food and wheat flour - by 0.4%, semi-smoked and boiled-smoked sausages, butter - by 0.3%, chicken meat, sunflower oil, sterilized milk, cottage cheese, vodka - 0.2%, beef, canned vegetables for baby food, chocolate candies, black tea - 0.1%.
The decrease in prices for fruit and vegetable products was 3.6%, including cucumbers – 6.4%, table beets - 6%, potatoes – 5.4%, carrots – 5.3%, white cabbage - 5%, tomatoes – 4.2%, bananas – 2.8%, onions – 2.7%, apples – 1.6%.
Prices have increased: for granulated sugar - by 0.7%, rennet cheeses - by 0.4%, pork, canned meat for baby food, vermicelli - by 0.3%, sausages, sausages, frozen fish, pasteurized milk, chicken eggs - by 0.2%, lamb, sour cream, rye bread, pasta, cookies, lunches in the dining room, cafe, snack bar - by 0.1%.
In the group of non-food products, prices for electric vacuum cleaners increased by 2.1%, shampoos - by 0.5%, cigarettes with a filter - by 0.2%, domestic passenger cars - by 0.1%.
Prices decreased: for chipboard, oriented chipboard - by 0.9%, edged boards, televisions - by 0.5%, smartphones - by 0.4%, sneakers for adults - by 0.2%, T-shirts, T-shirts for men, sneakers and T-shirts for children - by 0.1%.
City bus fares increased by 0.5%. The cost of flying in the economy class cabin of the aircraft decreased by 3.6%.
