Delimobil's revenue for 2025 increased by 11% to 30.84 billion rubles from 27.9 billion rubles a year earlier. These are the expected unaudited figures for 2025 under IFRS, the company said.
The company's fleet at the end of 2025 amounted to 28 thousand vehicles, having decreased by 12%. It was economically impractical to build up the fleet in the face of the increased cost of financing that persisted throughout 2025, the report says.
The company has increased sales of vehicles that have completed service. In 2025, Delimobil sold 3.6 thousand cars (an increase of 364% year-on-year), slightly deviating from the lower limit of the forecast — 4-5 thousand cars.
Delimobil carsharing service is used by 13 million people (+15%). The service is available in 16 of the 36 major cities of Russia with a population of more than 500 thousand people. During the year, the company opened 3 new regions: Yaroslavl, Krasnodar and Chelyabinsk.
According to the company, the carsharing market has maintained double-digit growth rates in monetary terms in 2025. However, this increase is mainly due to an increase in the price of a minute for most carsharing operators, despite the fact that the total number of transactions remained at the level of 2024. User activity was limited primarily by the aggressive pricing policy of the operators, as well as restrictions on the operation of the mobile Internet and geolocation services.
The combination of these factors has led to a general market trend, pronounced in the second half of 2025 — a decrease in the number of trips. At the end of 2025 and the beginning of 2026, the decrease in the total number of transactions on average in the carsharing market reached 25-30% compared to the same periods a year ago, the report emphasizes.
Delimobil is a short—term car rental network with per-minute payment, launched in October 2015 and owned by Carsharing Russia.
The net profit of PJSC "Carsharing Russia" (Delimobil) under IFRS for 2024 amounted to 8 million rubles against 1.93 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 34% to RUB 27.897 billion from RUB 20.88 billion. Gross profit fell by 3% to 7.265 billion rubles from 7.456 billion rubles, EBITDA — by 10% to 5.786 billion rubles from 6.4 billion rubles.
