The deadline for submitting applications for participation in the auction will last until December 15th. The auction will be held on December 19th. The initial price of the lot will be 28.35 million rubles.
The lot includes: a building with an area of 99.4 sq. m. m and rent of a plot of 0.03 ha . The facility is located in Khamovniki near the Kropotkinskaya metro station. The building can be used as an art space, spa complex or for other projects.
