The company "F-Plus equipment and developments" (the parent company of the Marvel-Distribution group) acquired the Russian business of the manufacturer of printing equipment Lexmark, combining the asset with its own brand F+ imaging, under which Russian printers and MFPs are produced, as well as consumables for them. LLC "Lexmark International Rus" will be renamed into LLC "F-Plus Imaging". This is stated in the message of the Marvel Distribution company.

F-Plus Imaging will continue to fulfill all currently relevant contracts of Lexmark with Russian customers, and will also transfer employees of the local representative office to its staff: sales managers and certified engineers who provided customer service support.

Under the F+ imaging brand, the same lines of printing equipment that were previously supplied by an American vendor will be sold in Russia. We plan to use the manufacturer's expertise to significantly expand our own line of F+ imaging printers and MFPs, not limited to the Lexmark range – this applies to the devices themselves and consumables, both original and compatible with devices of other brands.

F+ imaging will also focus on the implementation of integrated solutions for print monitoring and management together with the Russian developer Printum (the acquisition of a 20% stake in the company was reported in February 2022), and will also develop this direction by creating solutions for secure printing that meet the technical requirements of customers from the financial, state and oil and gas sectors.

Alexey Melnikov, Managing Partner of the group, CEO of Marvel Distribution, whose words are quoted in the message, noted that almost all manufacturers of printing equipment, such as HP, Xerox, Canon and so on, have left Russia, are selling off warehouse leftovers and are not carrying out any expansion. "In the coming years, the print market will be represented by an extremely limited number of players, including vendors of Asian origin. Our plans are to occupy an average of 20% of the market, taking into account the fact that at the moment very few brands can compete," he said.

Marvel-Distribution Company, founded in 1991, is one of the largest wide–profile distributors of computer equipment, server and network equipment, software, portable electronics and communications in Russia, CIS countries, the Caucasus, Central Asia, Eastern Europe and Mongolia. The company's portfolio includes over 170 manufacturers of IT equipment.

The company's offices are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Almaty (Kazakhstan), Tbilisi (Georgia), Baku (Azerbaijan), Tashkent (Uzbekistan), Yerevan (Armenia), regional offices are open in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) and Ashgabat (Turkmenistan). The dealer network has more than 4.5 thousand partners from more than 250 cities of Russia and neighboring countries.
