The termination of activity of Farmatsiya LLC as a result of its restructuring through the takeover by Rigla LLC was officially registered by making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on September 15, 2020, according to a statement by PROTEK.
PROTEK Group (tax number: 7715354473) is a Russian pharmaceuticals distributor. The group's key companies in various segments are: national distributor of pharmaceuticals and healthcare & beauty products CJSC CV Protek, network of pharmacies Rigla and pharmaceutical manufacturer FarmFirma Sotex.
IFRS net profit of PROTEK for 2019 decreased 1.7 times to RUB 3.68 billion from RUB 6.38 billion a year earlier. Revenue went up 5.2% to RUB 265.647 billion from RUB 251.733 billion, operating profit increased by 2% to RUB 7.632 billion from RUB 7.488 billion.
