FAS and the Circle of Good have saved 11 billion rubles in two years. when purchasing medicines for children with rare diseases. This is stated in the message of the service.
The FAS helps the Circle of Good in negotiations with pharmaceutical manufacturers on the purchase of rare medicines, - said the head of the Fund Alexander Tkachenko at the 538th meeting of the Federation Council.
The service does not allow the price of the drug to be higher than in other countries. Thanks to the antimonopoly agency, the Circle of Good managed to reduce the prices of orphan drugs by 49%.
The joint work of the FAS and the Fund has partially relieved the burden from the regions.
The Foundation directs all funds to help children. At the moment, 5194 children have received assistance, 103 billion rubles have been allocated for the purchase of medicines.
