If the electronic method of receipt receipt is chosen, Fix Price loyalty card holders will receive a receipt to their email address specified during registration in the loyalty system after payment for the goods, and buyers without a loyalty card will receive a receipt by phone number. At the same time, customers have the opportunity to contact the store within two weeks and get a copy of a paper receipt, which can be printed at the checkout from the archive, finding it by date, time and amount of purchase.
Since the introduction of the possibility of using electronic checks in the network at the end of April 2022, the use of the check tape in Fix Price has already decreased by about 50%.
