Three resident companies of the Moscow region special economic zones have received permits to enter their facilities since the beginning of 2024. This was told by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow region Ekaterina Zinovieva, the ministry said in a statement.
"In 2024, the implementation of projects with a total investment of 12 billion rubles was completed on the territory of the Moscow SEZs. In total, three resident companies received the necessary permits to put their facilities into operation. At the enterprises, when they reach full capacity, almost 740 jobs will be created for residents of the Moscow region," E.Zinovieva said, quoted in the message.
Thus, in the Stupino Kvadrat SEZ, Flex Films Rus has commissioned a production facility for the production of undirected polypropylene film (CPP), which is used in the food sector. This is the second plant of the company on the territory of the SEZ in Stupino. The production capacity of the plant for the production of CPR films is 18 thousand tons per year.
NOVATEK-LNG Fuel Kashira also received permission to enter, which implemented a project for the construction of a low-tonnage liquefied natural gas production complex on the territory of the Kashira SEZ. The company will be able to produce 1.7 tons of liquefied natural gas per hour, which is supposed to be used as motor fuel for refueling tractors, public transport and heavy machinery.
Since the beginning of 2024, eight new residents have been attracted to the SEZs near Moscow. The implementation of these projects will create more than 400 jobs. The total volume of investments in projects of new residents is estimated at 5.6 billion rubles.
