In Khakassia, the work of urban public transport is suspended

New restrictions are being introduced in Khakassia, which will be in effect from October 28 to November 7. This was reported by the Government of the region.

The work of urban public transport in Abakan, Chernogorsk and Sayanogorsk is suspended. Taxi drivers can work with a certificate of vaccination or a disease suffered less than six months ago.

In educational institutions, holidays are established from October 27 to November 7.

For all residents of the republic, a requirement is introduced not to leave the place of residence (stay) daily from 22:00 to 06:00 the next morning. The exceptions are seeking medical help, outdoor sports, individual walks (no more than one person), walking with children, going to work, home, to the country, to the store, as well as walking pets and taking out garbage.

Citizens need to have an identity document with them, as well as a certificate issued by the employer about working in an organization whose activities have not been suspended in accordance with this resolution (when traveling to the place of work).

Citizens over the age of 60 are prohibited from leaving their places of residence. If they work, then employers should transfer them to a remote format.

Employers who cannot suspend work are required to transfer at least 50% of employees to a remote schedule.

In addition, the work of trade, catering, and service institutions will be suspended. The exceptions are pharmacies, trade enterprises that sell products and essential goods, as well as those that carry out remote delivery. Catering establishments will be allowed to work only for takeaway.

The holding of mass events is completely suspended.

Collective immunity passports for enterprises are suspended.

The provision of dental services is suspended, with the exception of emergency care.
