The share of appeals from residents of Russia for insurance claims while traveling within the country in June-August 2023 decreased to 8% from 30% in 2022. The most common causes of complaints were gastrointestinal problems, colds and injuries. This was reported by the Insurance House VSK.
Thus, 69% of insurance cases occurred in Adler, 9% — in Sochi, 5% — in Lazarevsky district, 1% — in Krasnaya Polyana. The share of requests for medical care for minors in the central district of Sochi is 57%.
In addition, 7% of incidents were recorded in Anapa, and 6% in St. Petersburg. Gelendzhik accounted for 1% of cases, Stavropol — less than 1%, Kaliningrad — no more than 0.2% of incidents. The share of requests for medical care for minors in Adler is 66%, in Anapa – 85%, in Gelendzhik – almost 100%.
