The volume of investments in the creation of the infrastructure of the new Yuzhny Industrial Park in the Moscow Region is 12 billion rubles. The management company will invest almost 55% of this amount in 2024. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow region Ekaterina Zinovieva, said the Ministry of Defense.
The site will operate in the Podolsk city district. The distribution center, which is the first object of the industrial park, will be built by 2025. This industrial park will create about 7 thousand jobs.
