Magnezit Group LLC has completed the acquisition of two companies, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
In particular, Magmineral LLC was taken over on July 27, Fused Magnesia Works LLC on August 5.
Magnezit Group is a manufacturer of refractory products employing a full production chain from extraction and processing of raw materials to the integrated maintenance of thermal generating units. The group is among the global leaders of the fire-resistant industry in terms of extraction, proven reserves, and production output.
