Magnit launches the rebranding of the Magnit Cosmetics chain. This is stated in the company's message.

Magnit Cosmetics is being replaced by M. Cosmetics", as well as the launch of a new brand "M. Kos".

As part of the format transformation, the stores will be divided into three clusters: beauty, with a focus on care, cosmetics and perfumes, household, with an increased share of household goods, and standard store.

Under the sign "M. Household and Drogery stores will open, and a new brand will be launched for beauty stores - M. Kos".

Drogeri's first store under the banner "M. Cosmetics is scheduled to open at the end of November.

As part of the transformation of M. Cosmetics will also strengthen its online presence through the development of express delivery.

Magnit's RAS net profit for 2024 fell by 35% to 63.778 billion rubles from 98.34 billion rubles a year earlier. The loss from sales amounted to 1.289 billion rubles against a profit of 40.43 million rubles.

Magnit's revenue for the first half of 2025 according to IFRS increased by 14.6% to 1.67 trillion rubles from 1.46 trillion rubles a year earlier. EBITDA increased by 10.7% year-on-year to 85.6 billion rubles. The profit for the period attributable to the shareholders of the parent company fell to 612.55 million rubles from 16.75 billion rubles.

JSC Tander is the main operating company of the Magnit Group. The founder of JSC Thunder is PJSC Magnit, which owns 100% of the company's shares.

The net profit of JSC Thunder according to RAS for 2024 fell by 26% to 46.419 billion rubles from 62.9 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 16.6% to 2.7 trillion rubles from 2.3 trillion rubles, gross profit — by 16% to 796.4 billion rubles from 686.7 billion rubles.

On October 9, 2025, the AK&M rating agency awarded the highest rating of non-financial reporting to the Magnit Group of companies.

By the end of 2024, Magnit is among the leaders of the fifth rating of responsibility to society, the fifth rating of the carbon footprint of the largest Russian companies, and the eighth rating of the social efficiency of the largest Russian companies.
