MGKL's net profit under IFRS for 2025 increased by 84% to 724 million rubles. compared to a year earlier. This is stated in the company's message.

This figure is 79% driven by profits from the pawnshop and retail business, which grew as a result of the expansion of the retail network, product range and increased online presence.

Consolidated revenue amounted to 32 billion rubles, an increase of 3.7 times. The largest contribution was made by: revenue from the sale of precious metals (an increase of 4 times), the total revenue of the pawnshop and resale (an increase of 3 times).

EBITDA reached 2.3 billion rubles, an increase of 94%.

One of the key events in 2025 was the acquisition of an investment platform, which was given the name "Resale Invest". The functionality of the platform is the issuance of loans to sellers secured by goods, as well as the organization of closed share placements of companies.

The number of investors doubled in 2025 and now stands at about 60,000, said Alexey Lazutin, CEO of MGKL PJSC, whose words are quoted in the message...> We are using their capital more and more efficiently — the company's return on equity in 2025 was 39.1% compared to 37.3% a year earlier <...>," he said.

MGKL's net profit under IFRS for the first half of 2025 increased by 84% to RUB 414 million. compared to a year earlier. Consolidated revenue amounted to 10.1 billion rubles, an increase of 3.3 times. The share of the pawnshop business in revenue was 9%, the share of resale was 14%, and the share of wholesale trade in precious metals was 77%. EBITDA amounted to 1.1 billion rubles, showing an increase of 87%.
