The Moscow Exchange has completed the purchase of 17% of the shares in Bierbaum Pro AG, the Moscow Exchange informed.
The Moscow exchange also concluded agreements envisaging the possibility of further step-by-step acquisition of up to 100% of the company's shares within 3 years. The Moscow Exchange announced the plans to conclude such agreements on March 6, 2020. The total amount of the transaction will depend on the company's operating and financial performance dynamics.
BierbaumPro is the sole owner of NT Progress LLC, the developer and owner of the NTPro platform for over-the-counter trading in currency market instruments.
