Moscow has put up for auction a building and 2 premises for commercial use in the VAO. The total area of the facilities is 982.4 sq. m. This was announced by the Moscow City Hall.
These commercial areas have a free purpose. One of the rooms has an area of 389.5 sq. m. m is located in the Perovo district. The second one with an area of 489 sq. m is located in the Preobrazhenskoye district. One-storey building with an area of 103.9 sq. m. m is located in the East Izmailovo district.
Individuals and business representatives will be able to participate in the auction. Acceptance of applications from potential buyers, depending on the lot, will be completed on May 8, 13 and 15. Auctions will be held on the electronic trading platform "Roseltorg" on May 22, 23 and 27.
