ivi has about 15 shareholders-funds, the largest are Baring Vostok, Leonid Boguslavsky's RTP Global, Flashpoint and VTB. Ivi was created in 2010 by Oleg Tumanov. From April 11, 2022, he left the position of CEO, and from May 18 — and the head of the board of directors. Kommersant sources familiar with the situation say that together with the founder, who owned a minority stake, ivi left some of the other employees.

Adjusted net profit in the share of AFK increased by 0.3% to 31.84 billion rubles from 31.75 billion rubles, operating profit – by 5.4% to 118.69 billion rubles from 112.64 billion rubles.
