NBKI: the average amount of car loans issued increased 1.19 million rubles

In August 2022, the average amount of car loans issued (for new cars and used cars) amounted to 1.19 million rubles, an increase of 0.2% compared to the previous month. At the same time, compared to February, the reduction in the average size of the car loan was 11.9%. However, in comparison with the same period in 2021, the average car loan receipt, on the contrary, increased slightly - by 2.9%. This is stated in the NBKI message.

In August 2022, the largest average amount of car loans issued in the regions of the Russian Federation (among the 30 leading regions in terms of car loans) It was noted in Moscow (1.78 million rubles), the Moscow region (1.57 million rubles), St. Petersburg (1.52 million rubles), as well as in the Leningrad Region (1.41 million rubles) and Krasnodar Krai (1.3 million rubles).
