Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, and Roman Sklyar, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, signed a memorandum on the implementation of a project to build a new main gas pipeline from Russia to Kazakhstan. This is stated in the company's message.
An agreement was also signed on the basic terms of long-term processing of Kazakh gas in Russia. The document establishes agreements on cooperation in the field of gas processing of the Karachaganak field at the facilities of the Orenburg Gas Processing Plant, which will be modernized.
