Novopetrovskoye Industrial Park will be built in Istra. On its territory, the Ferro Estate management company will place ready-made production and storage facilities. This was announced by the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow region.
"The new Novopetrovskoye Industrial Park with an area of 31.4 hectares will start operating in 2024. Investments in the project will amount to over half a billion rubles. Thanks to the implementation of the project, about 2 thousand jobs will appear in Istra for residents of the Moscow region," Ekaterina Zinovieva, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region, said about the new project, quoted in the message.
The Deputy Chairman also noted that next year all the necessary utilities and roads will be brought in. In the new industrial park, residents will have access to land plots with an area of 5 to 10 hectares, where they will be able to place production or warehouses.
