NPP Doza has started serial production of two new types of dosimeters designed to measure the power of X-ray and gamma radiation, as well as radiation at thermonuclear installations. This was told by Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the city, the press service of DIiPP reported.

In particular, Doza has developed a dosimeter for pulsed neutron radiation that occurs during nuclear reactions. The use of the device will ensure radiation safety on large thermonuclear projects implemented within the framework of the state program "Development of the Nuclear Power Industry complex".

Also this year, the company started production of a photon radiation dosimeter. It allows you to monitor the radiation situation at facilities associated with the receipt, processing and use of radioactive materials.

NPP Doza is a Russian developer and manufacturer of radiation monitoring systems with a powerful resource base and unique practical and scientific experience. The company was founded 31 years ago by scientific staff of the NGO "VNIIFTRI" – the parent organization in the field of metrology of ionizing radiation. The equipment developed by NPP Doza is in demand in all fields of activity related to ionizing radiation, such as nuclear power, industry, medicine, environmental monitoring, safety, scientific research.
