The venture arm of Nvidia Corp. joined the Quantinuum investor list as part of a $600 million financing round. This is reported in a press release from Nvidia.

The total value of Quantinuum is estimated at $10 billion.

Nvidia management has revised its forecast for quantum computing, confirming the growth of this area is higher than expected. Nvidia has already released the appropriate software for operating chips with quantum devices in order to take advantage of the new technologies and avoid losing its dominant position in the field of computing and data centers.

Quantinuum cooperates with Nvidia in the framework of the Quantum Research Center technology center in Boston (Massachusetts). Quantinuum develops powerful quantum computers capable of solving complex tasks, unlike traditional computing systems. Quantum computers process information faster than conventional computers because they can perform calculations in parallel rather than sequentially.

In February 2025, Honeywell announced the last stage of restructuring as part of the separation into separate public companies in the aerospace, automation and advanced materials sectors. Raising funds for Quantinuum will allow us to capitalize on the business and prepare for the allocation of assets as part of an IPO in 2027.
