Ozon has launched five large logistics centers since the beginning of 2026. The company plans to commission ten more complexes in Russia by the end of the year, both large full—service fulfillment centers and facilities for the placement and processing of bulky goods. This was stated by Igor Zimin, Vice President for Government Relations at Ozon, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the company said in a statement.
Ozon logistics centers have already been opened in the Nizhny Novgorod, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk regions, as well as in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the village of Vatutinki in New Moscow. The total area of warehouses after reaching full capacity will exceed 400 thousand square meters by floor. The warehouses can accommodate about 20 million goods in total, and they can process over 4 million orders daily. The company's investments in the technological support and IT infrastructure of the facilities exceeded 23 billion rubles.
In the second half of 2026, Ozon will continue to develop its infrastructure and plans to launch warehouses in St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Moscow and Chelyabinsk regions, as well as in Krasnodar, Perm and Primorsky Territories. The total area of these warehouses will exceed 850 thousand square meters by floor. It will be possible to place a total of more than 150 million goods here and process over 5 million orders daily. Total investments in the technological support and IT infrastructure of these warehouses will exceed 10 billion rubles.
Currently, Ozon's infrastructure includes 55 fulfillment centers and about 160 delivery hubs in key regions of the country and abroad. About 55 million operations with goods are carried out daily at logistics facilities and more than 23 million shipments to logistics take place.
Ozon is a multicategory e-commerce platform operating in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, China, and Turkey.
According to the results of the first quarter of 2026, the area of Ozon's logistics infrastructure exceeded 5 million square meters, and the number of order pick-up points exceeded 85 thousand.
The loss of Ozone for 2025 under IFRS amounted to 938 million rubles against a loss of 59.442 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 63% to 997.989 billion rubles from 613.324 billion rubles, gross profit increased by 130% to 230.134 billion rubles from 99.885 billion rubles. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to 156.381 billion rubles against 40.079 billion rubles.
Revenue of MKPAO Ozon (TIN 3900045916) according to RAS for 2025 amounted to 194.141 million rubles, net profit – 30.319 billion rubles.
