Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved a list of instructions pursuant to the Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation dated April 21, 2021, the Kremlin informed.
Specifically, the Government was instructed to ensure the transfer of money from the National Welfare Fund for financing transport infrastructure development projects on a repayable basis, particularly focusing on the need to increase the pace of construction of the Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Kazan expressway, to extend it to Yekaterinburg and to complete the construction by 2024.
