PJSC Tupolev has come under direct control of United Aircraft Corporation, according to Russia's Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Ronis Sharipov is no longer CEO of the company. He was appointed to this position a year ago, on June 5, 2020, replacing Alexander Konyukhov, stepped down and left the company.
