Promomed Group's net profit under IFRS for 2025 increased 2.5 times to 7.168 billion rubles from 2.87 billion rubles a year earlier. This is evidenced by the company's data.
EBITDA increased by 86% to 15.3 billion rubles from 8.2 billion rubles, revenue increased by 75.2% to 37.57 billion rubles from 21.45 billion rubles.
The Group's strategic areas of endocrinology and oncology accounted for 76% of revenue. Thus, the revenue of the segment "Endocrinology" increased by 163% and reached 21.6 billion rubles, "Oncology" - by 42% to 7 billion rubles.
Export sales revenue amounted to 0.9 billion rubles, an increase of 65%.
The number of employees as of December 31, 2025 increased by 28% to 2,826 thousand.
The total remuneration to the group's key management personnel represents short-term payments and liabilities, as well as expenses under the long-term incentive program, and is included in general and administrative expenses in the consolidated statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income for the year ended December 31, 2025 in the amount of RUB 901,958 million. The total number of key management personnel of the group as of December 31, 2025 was 6 people (as of December 31, 2024 – 7 people).
In September 2025, the reorganization of PROMOMED RUS LLC was completed in the form of NPC Antibiotics LLC joining it due to the termination of the latter's activities.
On March 15, 2024, the Group completed the acquisition of a 77.94% stake in Promomed Holdings LLC. At the time of the acquisition, Promomed Holdings LLC owned 100% of the shares of Promomed Holdings (Cyprus) Limited. The purpose of the transaction is to buy out 6% of shares of PJSC PROMOMED owned by Promomed Holdings (Cyprus) Limited. The value of the transaction amounted to RUB 928.25 million on March 28, 2025, the group fully repaid the outstanding debt under the transaction.
