The Bank of Russia approved amendments to the plan for the DIA's participation in the measures aimed to prevent the bankruptcy of Roscosmosbank, as it was informed by the Central Bank.
The amendments stipulate acquisition of 100% in Roskosmosbank by Promsvyazbank from Roscosmos and restructuring of the Bank through its merger with Promsvyazbank by May 1, 2021.
After the acquisition of the stocks and during the Bank's restructuring Promsvyazbank will be responsible for investments.
