Promsvyazbank became the sole shareholder of the Moscow Industrial Bank (MINBANK). The nominal value of his share is 39.8 billion rubles. This is evidenced by the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

The MInBank was taken over for rehabilitation by the Bank of Russia in January 2019. In July 2021, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law prescribing a mechanism for transferring the MINBANK to Promsvyazbank.

Recall that the Central Bank in early 2019 began to sanitize the Ministry of Finance. The Central Bank allocated 128.7 billion rubles for the recapitalization of the bank.

Later, the Bank of Russia announced that it was no longer a shareholder of the bank, and the Russian Federation, represented by Rosimushchestvo, became the owner of 100% of its shares of the MINBANK.

It was also reported that the Ministry of Finance will continue to work in a standard mode and fulfill all its obligations to customers. The joining of the MINBANK to Promsvyazbank was to take place no later than May 2023.

PJSC Promsvyazbank (TIN 7744000912) is a universal Russian bank. PSB is a reference bank for operations on state defense orders and state contracts. In total, the bank has about 2.5 million individuals and over 200 thousand corporate clients.
