The transition of a forest fire from Finland to Russia has been prevented. The forces of the parachute fire service promptly arrived to extinguish the fire a kilometer from the state border. This was reported by Rosleskhoz.
Last Sunday, a forest fire broke out on the territory of Finland, spreading towards the Russian Federation. In order to prevent the spread of fire to the territory of the Russian Federation, 10 employees of the parachute fire service of the Murmansk Aviation Forest Protection Base were sent to the border with Finland. The fire is promptly localized, its liquidation is expected. There is no threat to the state border.
