In 1H 2020, liquids production by Rosneft decreased by 7.3% year-on-year to 4.34 mmbpd (106.5 mmt), the company informed.
1H 2020 gas production decreased by 4.9% year-on-year to 31.8 bcm. As a result, 1H 2020 hydrocarbon production amounted to 5.40 mmboed (132.7 mmtoe), a 7% decrease year-on-year.
The number of newly commissioned wells reached 1.1 thousand units in 1H 2020. The number of the most efficient new horizontal wells amounted to 756 units, a slight decrease year-on-year.
In 1H 2020 47.4 mmt of oil were refined at the company's refineries in Russia, which is in line with the 1H 2019 level, including 5.3 mmt of oil processed in Germancy (+19.2%).

IFRS net profit attributable to Rosneft shareholders for 2019 increased by 29% to RUB 708 billion from RUB 549 billion a year earlier. Sales revenue and equity share in profits of associates and joint ventures went up 5.3% to RUB 8.676 trillion from RUB 8.238 trillion, EBITDA increased by 1.2% to RUB 2.105 trillion from RUB 2.081 trillion.
