Rostec became a co-owner of the Infratech Concessions management company. This was announced by Rostec.

Infratech Concessions is engaged in the search, "packaging" and implementation of infrastructure investment projects using public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms and concession agreements.
Rostec State Corporation is the largest engineering company in Russia. It unites over 800 scientific and industrial organizations in 60 regions of the country. Consolidated revenue in 2022 exceeded 2.1 trillion rubles.
