Rostelecom has completed the acquisition of a 45% stake in Ertek. This is stated in the company's message.
Earlier, the companies entered into a strategic partnership agreement, under which Rostelecom provides its infrastructure and digital services, and Ertek provides a basic PMS solution. Thus, the partners laid the foundation for the development of a single ecosystem for the Russian hotel industry — the Digital Hotel, which will become a driver of the digitalization of the industry, as well as reduce its dependence on foreign suppliers, the report emphasizes.
The Digital Hotel ecosystem combines domestic industry solutions and advanced technologies, offering an integrated approach to managing all aspects of the operation of accommodation facilities, from creating digital infrastructure to communicating with customers. With its help, hotel business owners of any scale, including hotels, apartments and recreation centers, can optimize costs, improve the quality of guest service and the level of automation of processes. One of the key elements of the ecosystem is the PMS hotel management system, which integrates with Rostelecom's digital products provided throughout the country.
Ertek is a developer of a domestic PMS (Property Management System) class system for the integrated management of ECVI accommodation facilities.
PJSC Rostelecom (TIN 7707049388) is a national long—distance communications operator that provides the transmission of the majority of long-distance and international traffic, as well as the operation of a terrestrial network of television and radio channels. Rostelecom's main shareholder is the state.
Rostelecom's net profit for the first 9 months of 2025 under IFRS decreased by 5% to 18.466 billion rubles from 19.34 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 10% to 602.3 billion rubles from 546.055 billion rubles, OIBDA increased by 6% to 235.78 billion rubles from 222.26 billion rubles.
On September 30, 2025, the AK&M rating agency confirmed the rating of Rostelecom's non—financial statements at RESG 1, the highest level of disclosure of information on sustainable development in reports. The top-level rating is awarded to the company for the fifth year in a row.
According to RA AK&M, Rostelecom is among the leaders of the fifth rating of responsibility to society and the eighth rating of social efficiency of the largest Russian companies.
