Debt obligations were reduced by 20 billion rubles and amounted to 128 billion rubles, of which 93 billion rubles are secured by state guarantees. The value of the investment portfolio increased by 18.4 billion rubles, and operating expenses decreased by more than 20%. Debt servicing expenses amounted to 14.6 billion rubles.
