Russia will present climate solutions for sustainable development at the UN Climate Change Summit (COP31). This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development.
The architecture of the program of the Russian pavilion, which will open at the 31st session of COP31, has been formed. His concept is "Russia — the territory of climate solutions: 17 SDGs in 11 days."
The main idea of the Russian pavilion is to demonstrate the climate agenda through practical solutions: low-carbon technologies and projects, scientific developments and practices that are used in energy, industry, cities, agriculture and management of natural ecosystems.
The COP31 conference will be held on November 9-20, 2026. Since 2025, the Ministry of Economic Development has been the national coordinator for work with the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement.
