Tickets for long-distance trains that turned out to be unused due to conscription as part of partial mobilization can be returned without additional fees and charges, even if they were purchased at a "non-refundable" tariff. This is reported by Russian Railways.

Refunds for unused tickets are also made to persons who were supposed to go on a joint trip with the mobilized.

To hand over tickets, you need to contact the railway ticket office with an identity document and a summons / mobilization order, which specifies the time of attendance at the assembly point.

It is also reported that the mobilized person can also return the money without fees and fees for tickets or season tickets for commuter trains.
