Sberbank and Business-Invest have agreed on strategic cooperation

Sberbank and Business-Invest LLC signed a cooperation agreement. This is stated in the bank's message.

The agreement will allow the parties to expand cooperation in the financing of residential real estate, strengthen long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships, including the introduction of modern financial and product management technologies, optimization of business processes and other steps aimed at improving business efficiency. The parties have planned joint meetings at which a step-by-step strategy for achieving the set goals will be developed.

The main shareholder of Sberbank is the Russian Federation represented by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, which owns 50% of the authorized capital of Sberbank PJSC plus 1 voting share. The remaining 50% minus 1 voting share of the bank's authorized capital is owned by Russian and international investors.
