Sistema PJSFC has acquired a 100% stake in NVision Group JSC from wholly-owned subsidiaries of Mobile TeleSystems PJSC for RUB 401 million (assuming net debt of up to RUB 860 million) subject to the completion accounts arrangement, Sistema informed.
NVision will be merged into Sistema's subsidiary SITRONICS JSC. The MTS-owned, -managed and -operated billing system FORIS BSS/OSS remains with MTS and is not within the perimeter of this transaction.
Mobile TeleSystems PJSC (MTS, tax number: 7740000076) and its subsidiaries provide services to about 100 million subscribers in Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Turkmenistan. The company also provides fixed-line telephony and cable television services in all federal districts of Russia and in Ukraine. The company's authorized capital is RUB 199.84 million. It consists of 1,998,381,575 placed ordinary shares.
