Sovcombank has sold 5% in an industrial coworking project in the Moscow region.
5% of Sovcom Industrial LLC was transferred from Sovcombank PJSC to private investor Bogdan Berkovich. Such changes have occurred in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities according to the KonturFocus information system.
Sovcom Industrial was established by Sovcombank at the end of 2024 to implement a project for the construction of industrial areas in the Light Industrial concept. In June, at SPIEF 2025, the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region and Sovcom Industrial signed an agreement on the construction of facilities in the form of industrial boxes equipped with all necessary infrastructure. To implement the project, the company was provided with land plots for rent with an area of 100 thousand square meters on the territory of the state industrial parks "Titan" and "Klyuch" in Dmitrovsky and Leninsky urban districts. The launch of the new complexes is scheduled for 2027. Investments in the project are estimated at 3.5 billion rubles.
In 2025, 20% of the company was transferred to Alexander Anatolyevich Ridnik. The new co—owner was previously the owner of a security company, Vimpel LLC, where after him the title of ownership passed to Anatoly Viktorovich Ridnik. AV Ridnik is known for belonging to the list of persons controlled or significantly influenced by SDM-Bank and was a member of the bank's board of directors. In May 2026, Sovcombank transferred 10% to private investor Bogdan Berkovich. On June 8, his share was increased by another 5% to 15%.
Sovcombank PJSC is a universal bank with assets of 1.6 trillion rubles under IFRS. It is included in the list of systemically important credit organizations (NWCO) of the Bank of Russia. The Bank serves 8.3 million individuals, including 7.6 million borrowers and more than 500 thousand depositors.
Sovcombank's net profit under IFRS for 2025 amounted to 53.2 billion rubles.
