The Government of the Russian Federation has reduced the rate under the program "Preferential mortgage" to 7% from 9%. The corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The validity period of the program and its parameters remained the same. You can get a preferential mortgage for the purchase of housing in new buildings, the construction of a private house or the purchase of a land plot for its construction until the end of 2022.
The maximum amount of the loan at a preferential rate in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Leningrad regions is 12 million rubles. For other regions – 6 million rubles. The initial payment is at least 15%.
From May 1, the maximum loan size for a mortgage using a preferential rate has been increased to 30 million and 15 million rubles, respectively. At the same time, 12 million and 6 million rubles will be subsidized by the state, the remaining amount can be issued at a market or other subsidized rate.
