The demand for bonds of the OK Group amounted to more than 8.5 billion rubles

The collection of applications for a new issue of exchange-traded bonds of the OK Group, one of the largest Russian retail chains specializing in food trading, ended on May 25, 2023. This is stated in the message of the Rosselkhoznadzor.

The issuer of the bonds is LLC "OK", and a public irrevocable offer from JSC "DORINDA" is provided for the issue. The issue of the 001P-05 series has a circulation period of 10 years, an offer in 3 years, a coupon period of 91 days, a nominal value of 1,000 rubles.

The benchmark coupon rate was set at 11.75% per annum, which corresponds to a yield to maturity of 12.28%, and the initial issue volume is 5 billion rubles. High investor demand allowed the issuer to increase the volume of placement to 7.5 billion rubles and form a diversified investor structure consisting of banks, management companies, as well as a wide range of retail investors.

Technical placement and settlements on the Moscow Stock Exchange are scheduled for May 29, 2023.

Being the organizer of this issue, the Rosselkhoznadzor continues to develop relations with the company in the capital market. Previously, the bank was the organizer of 2 issues of bonds of the OK Group with a total volume of 13.5 billion rubles.
